OBDA Plug-in for NeOn (link)
The OBDA Plugin for NeOn is an add-on for aimed to incorporate OBDA modeling capabilities into the toolkit. That is, it provides data source and mapping editors, as well as querying facilities that, in sum, allow you to design and test every aspect of an OBDA system. At the moment it supports relational data sources (RDBMS) and GLAV like mappings. More over, it provides additional querying facilities that allow the user to pose conjunctive queries to the reasoner.The OBDA plugin is also able to interact (synchronize/query) with any reasoner implementing the DIG 1.1 Interface plus the OBDA extension to DIG 1.1.
The OBDA Plugin for NeOn is developed in the Knowledge Representation meets Databases (KRDB) research group at the Free University of Bozen Bolzano. It has been developed in the context of the European FET project Thinking ONtologiES (TONES) project in collaboration with the NeOn project.
The OBDA Plugin for NeOn won first price in the NeOn plugin developer’s contests.
